Every recurring payment, in one calm dashboard
SubCentral brings your subscriptions, utilities, insurance and household spending together — so you always know what you pay, when it renews, and where you can save.
Free to start · No card details stored · Built for UK households
SubCentral is a digital subscription hub for the modern household. Instead of juggling a dozen provider apps, renewal emails and bank statements, you log every recurring payment in one place and let the dashboard do the maths. We normalise monthly, quarterly and annual bills to a single monthly figure, track every renewal date, and quietly compare your plans against cheaper like-for-like alternatives — so the savings come to you instead of hiding in your inbox.
Who it's for
Made for households with a lot on the go
- Busy households juggling streaming, mobile, broadband, energy and insurance.
- Students and flatmates splitting shared services across household profiles.
- Anyone caught out by an auto-renewal price hike.
- People who want a clear answer to “what do I actually spend each month?”
The problem
Recurring spend is invisible
SubCentral exists because recurring payments quietly drain money in ways that are hard to see:
- Bills are scattered across providers, billing cycles and cards.
- Auto-renewals sneak up — often at a higher price.
- Cheaper plans exist, but you'd have to hunt for them.
- Unused subscriptions keep charging month after month.
- There's no single view of total household outgoings.
SubCentral solves all of the above — and shows you exactly where to act.
How SubCentral works
One hub for every kind of recurring payment — tracked, normalised and compared.
Subscription tracking
Add any recurring service in under a minute with a guided form. Enter the provider, plan and cost, pick a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly), set the renewal date and tag how often you actually use it. SubCentral normalises every bill to a monthly figure, so a £120 annual software plan and a £10.99 monthly streaming plan sit side by side on one total. A “Find links” button auto-fills the website, app-store, contact, support and login URLs, and “Smart suggest” guesses the category and plan name for you.
Utility tracking
Utilities live alongside your subscriptions, not in a separate spreadsheet. Track electricity, water and broadband the same way — enter the tariff, monthly cost and renewal or review date, and quarterly or annual bills roll into your monthly total. When a cheaper tariff exists, SubCentral matches it like-for-like against curated alternatives and surfaces it on the Switch Options page. For utility deals without an exact match, we fall back to your category so you still see comparable tariffs.
Insurance tracking
Insurance is where auto-renewals hurt most. SubCentral logs each policy's renewal date and flags it well in advance, so you're never rolled onto a pricier default. Record the plan, cost and renewal date, note a cheaper alternative, and open Switch Options to compare like-for-like deals. Each provider has a step-by-step Cancel Guide with typical time, refund policy and account URL — so cancelling or switching takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Spending tracking
The dashboard is your single source of truth for household outgoings. Monthly spend and an annual forecast sit up top, with a spending chart over the months and a category breakdown below. Tag each service with the card you pay on (a label like “Joint account – Monzo”, never the number) and filter the list by card to see exactly where money leaves each account. Renewal alerts, price-hike detection and a renewal calendar keep upcoming commitments visible, and an anonymised community benchmark shows how your total compares.
Budgeting
Set a monthly budget per household profile and SubCentral tracks progress in real time. The budget planner lets you set category limits, and the budget simulator shows the impact of cancelling low-usage services, switching to cheaper plans or hitting a target — before you commit. A budget-health score rewards consistency, with gamified streaks and badges for tracking, staying under budget and acting on savings. A sticky summary bar follows you down the page with spend, budget usage and savings, turning red the moment you go over.
Savings goals
Savings potential is calculated from real, curated deals matched against your actual services — so the figure on the dashboard matches what you'll see on the Switch Options page. Open any service to see every cheaper like-for-like alternative, sorted by biggest saving, with monthly and annual numbers. Prefer to browse? A “see every option on the web” button opens a ready-made search. For each idea you can jump straight to the account, or have SubCentral draft a polished cancellation email you can copy and send.

Your data
What you can store — and what you can't
For each service you can store:
You can also create household profiles, monthly budgets and category spending limits.
What we deliberately don't store
Card numbers — the form rejects anything that looks like one — and bank accounts. Banking services are blocked from the tracker for your security.
Stay ahead
How reminders work
SubCentral watches your renewal dates and emails you ahead of time — a daily reminder run flags every service renewing within seven days, in a clean format like:
• Netflix (Netflix) — renews 2026-08-28 (in 5 days)
Price-hike detection compares each renewal against what you paid before and alerts you when a bill goes up. Premium subscribers also receive a high-value monthly summary email with actionable, personalised savings insights. Reminders are opt-in and tied to your account email.
