Account data: Your name, email address, and authentication details when you register or log in (including via Google OAuth).

Subscription data: Service names, providers, costs, billing cycles, renewal dates, website links and usage levels you add to your dashboard.

Budget data: Monthly budget amounts, currency preferences, and category spending limits.

Household profiles: Optional profile names you create for household members.

Payment data: Checkout and subscription status when you purchase a premium plan (payment card details are handled by our payment processor — we never store card numbers).

Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as device type and feature usage, collected automatically.

To display and organise your subscriptions, calculate spending, and surface savings opportunities.

To send renewal reminder emails and optional monthly financial summary emails.

To generate personalised insights reports and community benchmark comparisons (your individual spending is never shared with other users — only anonymised, aggregated averages are used for benchmarking).

To process premium subscription payments and manage your plan.

To provide support and respond to your enquiries.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the subscription management service), your consent (marketing emails and optional features), and our legitimate interests (service improvement and security).

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the app:

Payment processor (Base44 Payments): Handles checkout and subscription billing.

Cloud infrastructure provider (Base44): Hosts the app and stores your data securely.

Google: If you use Google Sign-In, Google shares your basic profile information with us.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. After deletion, we erase your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and row-level access controls so that only you (and admins on your account) can access your records. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SubCentral is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

SubCentral uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the app and, for free-tier users, to display advertising.

Advertising: We use Google AdSense to show ads on free-tier pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and third-party vendors (including Google) may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests.

Your choices: You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info/choices. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as intended.

Essential cookies: Some cookies are strictly necessary for the app to function (for example, keeping you logged in). These are not used for advertising.
